Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns: We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 3 days of delivery by calling our customer support at 09051011811 or writing to us at mail@fastdeals.in.

Return Conditions: Returns are accepted only where a defective or damaged product has been delivered to you. The product must be returned unused, unaltered, in its original packaging, along with the tax invoice and any guarantee card.

Refund Process: We will initiate the refund process within 48 hours of receiving the returned product. The full amount will be refunded directly to your account via the same payment mode you used for the transaction, within 7 working days thereafter.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order for free before it has been dispatched and you receive the dispatch confirmation e-mail. A full refund will be initiated to your account.

If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, the shipping/courier charges will be deducted from your refund.

The right of cancellation does not apply to services or any products that have been made to your specification or are customized.

Exchanges: We regret to inform you that the exchange of products is not possible. You can, however, return a defective product as per this policy.

Final Decision: The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by FastDeals regarding cancellations.
